CAN I DYE THE HAIR?

Yes, you can dye the hair extensions, but we recommend only dyeing them darker. Please do not try to bleach them as this may cause damage to the hair.

WHAT IF THE COLOUR DOESN’T MATCH MY OWN HAIR?

If you receive your hair and it’s not a good match, please send it back to us with all packaging in tact, as it was when you received it. We cannot issue refunds on hair that has been opened, tried or used.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT COLOUR TO CHOOSE?

When matching your colour, use a mirror as a guide or compare to your roots or even your eyebrows to get the best match for your hair colour.

DO HAIR EXTENSIONS CAUSE DAMAGE TO MY OWN HAIR / SCALP?

Not at all. There has been some bad press regarding ‘glue’ Hair Extensions. Firstly, we do not sell any form of ‘glue’ for this kind of technique. Pre-Bonded Extensions do involve part glue and part keratin (a natural protein) that are very simply fused into your own hair, but these cause no damage whatsoever, not even as much as dyeing your hair would.

AM I ABLE TO USE A HAIRDRYER, STRAIGHTNERS ETC?

Yes, the hair can be heated up to 220oc – just like your own hair.

CAN I CUT THE HAIR EXTENSIONS INTO ANY STYLE?

Yes, you can.

ARE THEY HARD TO LOOK AFTER?

Not at all, Pre-Bonded hair does need the most care but all in all you are not doing anything more than taking a bit more care with them to ensure they are conditioned and tangle free. Every night before bed, pleat the hair into one large braid to avoid any tangling during the night.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY NEW EXTENSIONS?

Take extra special care of your extensions by simply conditioning more than normal. As our hair is all 100% Human Hair, we recommend just thinking of it as your own!

WHAT APPLICATIONS SHOULD I CHOOSE TO DO THE EXTENSION?

This is one of the hardest questions for hair extensions. In general it depends on several factors:

Your budget (displayed in average application cost)
Your lifestyle
Why you want Hair Extensions

If you can answer these questions then the following might help…

Pre-Bonded – High budget (£100+), high maintenance so extra special care needs to be taken of them, glued into the hair for 3-4 months at a time.
Weaves – Moderate budget (£75-£100), low maintenance and will last 6-8 weeks.
Instant Clip-In – Low budget (no application cost), hair will last up to 1 year and can be worn when and where you want, thus, can last even longer than 1 year should you take special care of them
