Processing time after you place your order
We always aim to process your order and dispatched it in the same day, but if you place your order at nearly or out of normal business hours, the order will be processed in the next working day.
For next day delivery options
If you order the product before 2:30 pm in a normal working day, we will try to process and dispatch the orders in the same day, normally you will get the product in the next working day before 1:00 pm.
However, in the very unlikely invents, we can’t process your order in the same day, we will send you an email to explain the situation, and dispatch your order ASAP, in the mean time, you have the right to cancel your order at anytime before your order bean dispatched. Cancellation and returns

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
If you fail to do return the goods, or fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
